Details of the Stop Binge Eating Program

 

You and I meet once a week (in person or virtually) for 1 hour.  This hour is a combination of coaching and counselling – a beautiful blend.

 

Each week, I send you a couple of videos to watch – no more than 30 minutes cumulative.  These videos teach you the basic principles of a binge-free life using a combination of science and mindset.

 

During our 12 weeks, I help you set up a system of eating that is designed to keep you full and keep your cravings down.   You will never need to second guess what or how much to eat.  At the same time, this way of doing food is extremely flexible and has alllll the leeway for restaurants, holidays, etc.

 

In addition, you will learn and practice the psychological principles of handling cravings and urges, getting out of all or nothing mentality, and talking to yourself in a way that supports you living a life in charge of food and your body.

 

You stay tethered to my support 7 days a week through text.  I am available 24/7 to help you through rough patches, answer questions, and encourage you.
