An amazing feeling you can create for yourself today

One of my favorite feelings is pride.  It feels so good.  For me, it is often hard won.  On my recovery journey, here’s how it manifests:

I follow my food plan today – I feel proud.

I make it through a day of pms without bingeing – pride.

I experience a slip and choose not to throw the day away and eat allllll the food – pride.

I eat and eat and eat….and then I stop midway through a binge – pride.

I let myself experience boredom and restlessness rather than plugging those with food – pride.

I’m socially anxious at the table and choose to feel that rather than eat – pride.

I experience the sadness about a break up and don’t eat over it – pride.

The feeling of pride often comes after accomplishing something that feels a bit challenging or uncomfortable.  It is SO worth it.

I create and experience feeling proud in little and big ways daily – will you join me?

Coach with me and finally ditch your binge eating habit so that you can live with a clear mind and become more at ease in your skin.  So that you can move around freely in the world – physically and psychologically.  So that you can be unencumbered by the burden of always wondering what, when, and how much to eat – the mental obsession that never ends.  And so that you can feel that PRIDE.  That, my friends, is the best feeling ever.
