Three feelings you’ll create when you decide to stop binge eating

There are three feelings you'll create for yourself when you decide to stop binge eating:

Discomfort

When you start this work, self doubt and fear will come, and it will feel uncomfortable.

Anything worth pursuing-- any big goal or dream-- requires discomfort.

You're doing something completely foreign.  Discomfort is not a signal to run away.

You are on track if you're feeling discomfort.

Pride

When you feel uncomfortable on purpose AND keep going, you develop pride.

You sit up taller.

You walk taller.

There is nothing better than waking up feeling proud knowing that you followed through with your commitments, even though it feels uncomfortable.

Peace of mind

When you know that you are doing the work and you are on the path to recovery, you feel peace.

Peace feels so good.

Peace begins to replace discomfort.

You become unstoppable.
